TERMS OF SERVICE AND OUR GUARANTEE

As an independent creator Fungal Dragon is dedicated to providing a personable and smooth transactional experience to all customers. While they cannot guarantee consistency in their custom products they can guarantee that every order is handled with care, professionalism and an eye for quality.

In their quest for a fair and streamlined service they have opted for a simple terms of service which will be detailed below:

• When ordering materials that are 18+ the customer guarantees they are over 18 and waives Fungal Dragon of any liability should a minor become exposed to the product or come into possession of it.

​

•Refunds cannot be issued if items that have been shipped are lost in transit, damaged or mishandled after leaving the artist's possession.

​

•Full refunds cannot be issued if you are unhappy with a custom item as the time and materials have been spent. (You will receive plenty of works in progress photos via email or messengers, it is up to you to communicate if something looks off)

•The artist reserves the right to refuse custom orders for any reason and will issue a refund if that is the case. The only exception is if the customer is being rude and belligerent; this will result in further interactions being blocked, your emails being blacklisted and becoming ineligible for a refund.
